Purpose
This lentiviral murine CRISPR-Cas9 knockout (MusCK) library contains 49,252 guide RNAs targeting 4,922 mouse genes implicated in tumor initiation, progression, and immune modulation and 1000 control gRNAs in each half-library. The library is divided into 2 parts (MusCK Library A and MusCK Library B). The A and B libraries contain in total 10 gRNAs per gene (5 gRNAs in each half-library). Researchers only need an individual library for an experiment.
